What will you do?

You are the voice of Cannibale Royale before our guests arrive. The coordinator who maintains overview in the bustle. Whether it’s a romantic dinner for two or a group of twenty, you handle it. You switch effortlessly between phone, inbox, and reservation system. Thinking in solutions comes naturally to you. Quote sent out? Check. Special requests? You hear them, note them, and never forget them. See an opportunity to offer something extra? You grab it with both hands. All for smooth planning and happy guests.

Your tasks at a glance:

• Assist guests via phone and email.
• Check availability, align wishes, and record everything meticulously.
• Create and follow up on quotes like a boss.
• Process reservations, changes, and cancellations in our system.
• Spot upsell moments (and utilize them, of course).
• Contribute ideas about reports, occupancy, and improvements.

What we’re looking for in you:

• You breathe hospitality and always stay sharp.
• You’re a multitasking hero: from calling to typing, you maintain overview.
• Strong communication skills, professional with a touch of charm.
• Commercial mindset, you see opportunities and seize them.
• Flexibly available, especially during our peak times (Monday, Friday, weekend).
• Experience in hospitality or reservations is not required.
