Manager Gym Royale

Who are you?

• You have experience in the fitness industry and/or hospitality, preferably in a managerial role.
• You are energetic, hospitable and know how to coach and motivate a team.
• You have a hands-on mentality and are not afraid to take responsibility.
• You think commercially and understand how to grow a gym as a business.
• You have strong communication and organisational skills.
• You preferably live in (or near) Amsterdam.

What will you do?

• Responsible for the daily operations of Gym Royale in Amsterdam Noord.
• Managing and motivating the team to ensure a high level of service and member experience.
• Maintaining the look, feel and cleanliness of the gym.
• Creating schedules and managing planning, inventory and maintenance.
• Actively contributing to sales, member retention and the growth of Gym Royale.
• Acting as the main point of contact for both members and staff.
