Who are you?

● You have extensive experience in the hospitality industry and at least 1-2 years in a management role within
a dynamic environment.
You are a natural leader who knows how to coach, motivate, and manage employees.
● You have a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to both hospitality and
operational efficiency.
● You are stress-resistant and accustomed to working at a fast pace during peak periods.
● You have commercial acumen and are able to contribute ideas on increasing revenue and
cost control.

● Together with the Manager, you are responsible for daily operations and
managing the team on the floor.
● You ensure an optimal guest experience, handle complaints professionally, and are visibly present
for guests and employees.
● You coach and develop the team through training and guidance, and monitor
service and quality standards.
● You monitor compliance with HACCP guidelines and hygiene regulations.
● You analyze daily results and actively contribute to improvements in processes,
staff scheduling, and guest experience.
● In the Manager’s absence, you take over their responsibilities.
