What will you do?

You are the voice of Cannibale Royale before our guests even walk through the door. The master of keeping things organized amidst the chaos. Whether it’s a romantic dinner for two or a group of twenty, you’re the one making it happen. You switch effortlessly between phone, inbox, and reservation system. Thinking in solutions comes naturally to you. Sending out a quote? Check. Special requests? You hear them, note them down, and never forget. See an opportunity to offer that little something extra? You grab it with both hands. All to ensure smooth planning — and happy guests.

Your tasks at a glance:

• Answering guest inquiries via phone and email.

• Checking availability, coordinating wishes, and documenting everything neatly.

• Preparing and following up on quotes like a pro.

• Processing reservations, changes, and cancellations in our system.

• Spotting (and of course seizing) upselling opportunities.

• Contributing ideas on reports, occupancy, and improvements.

What we’re looking for in you:

• You breathe hospitality and stay sharp at all times.

• You’re a multitasking hero: from calls to typing, you keep control.

• Strong communicator, professional, with a touch of charm.

• Commercial mindset — you see opportunities and grab them.

• Flexibly available, especially during peak moments (Monday, Friday, weekends).

• Experience in hospitality or reservations is a plus, but not required.
