About du Nord
Cannibale Royale du Nord is the largest Cannibale Royale location. It sits on the NDSM Wharf in Amsterdam-Noord, in an industrial setting with a terrace among the wharf’s creative hotspots. Come for steaks, ribs, burgers and the house beers: Cannibale Royale, a lemongrass pale ale by Two Chefs Brewing, and Cannibale Blond by Walhalla Craft Beer. Stay for the regular events. Take the free ferry from Amsterdam Central Station. It is one of the few places in Noord where the kitchen stays open until midnight on Fridays, with the bar open until 02:00. Lunch is served from 12:00 on Saturdays and Sundays. Groups of up to 100 and full buyouts are possible, and dogs are welcome. Takeaway and delivery run daily from 17:00 to 22:00.

It is home to street art, studios in the vast NDSM warehouse, the STRAAT Museum for street art and graffiti, and the Faralda Crane Hotel inside an old crane. The IJ-Hallen regularly hosts one of Europe’s largest flea markets. Along the water you will find beach bars and cafés with views across the IJ. Getting there is part of the fun: take the free ferry from Amsterdam Central Station, ideally around sunset.

One of the best steakhouses I've ever visited! The quality of the meat was absolutely outstanding—perfectly cooked, incredibly tender, and full of rich flavor. Every dish we ordered was delicious, from the premium cuts of beef to the fresh salads and amazing desserts. The service was exceptional. The staff was professional, friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout the entire meal. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and prepared to perfection. It was truly an unforgettable dining experience. I will definitely come back on my next visit. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an incredible steakhouse experiences !!

Overall, we had a good experience. The seating was nice , and the waiter was friendly. We ordered a Caesar salad, mac and cheese, and Le Royal burger. All the dishes were delicious, and we highly recommend trying the meat options. Additionally, they offer a different menu for lunch, which includes a variety of sandwiches.

A nice restaurant in the area to grab a bite. The atmosphere is lively and the location is great if you’re exploring the area. I had a burger, which was a bit overcooked for my taste, but still not bad overall. A solid option for a casual meal.
