Who are you?
● As a Floor Manager at Cannibale Royale, you are a true team player and hospitable person who
knows how to motivate and inspire others.
● You have extensive experience in the hospitality industry; a leadership role is a must.
● You are familiar with the challenges of running a busy
restaurant and know how to handle them effectively.
● With your passion for good food and drinks, you know how to enthusiastically
communicate this love to both your team and your guests.

What will you be doing?
● As Restaurant Manager at Cannibale Royale, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of our busy restaurant.
You’ll coach, inspire, and lead your team.
You’ll work closely with other departments, such as the kitchen and bar, to ensure that all operational processes run smoothly and guests leave satisfied.
You’re knowledgeable about HACCP guidelines and maintain high hygiene standards.
You’ll serve as the point of contact for our guests.
You’re an expert in advising and upselling guests.
