Algemene Voorwaarden voor het Loyaltyprogramma van Cannibale Royale

1. Inleiding

Welkom bij het Loyaliteitsprogramma van Cannibale Royale, “Cannibale Loyale”. Dit Programma is bedoeld om onze vaste gasten te belonen met punten, die kunnen worden ingewisseld voor kortingen bij Cannibale Royale. Door u te registreren en deel te nemen aan dit Programma “Cannibale Loyale”, gaat u akkoord met deze algemene voorwaarden.

2. Definities

In deze voorwaarden worden de volgende termen gehanteerd:

  • Restaurant: Cannibale Royale Central, gevestigd op Grasweg 41 L&M.
  • Loyaliteitsprogramma: Het systeem waarmee gasten punten verdienen en inwisselen voor kortingen.
  • Punten: De virtuele beloningen die deelnemers verdienen binnen het Programma.
  • Coupons: Digitale of fysieke vouchers die worden verstrekt na het inwisselen van punten en gebruikt kunnen worden voor kortingen.

3. Deelnamevoorwaarden

  • Deelname is uitsluitend mogelijk voor natuurlijke personen van minimaal 18 jaar.
  • Werknemers en contractanten van Cannibale Royale zijn uitgesloten van deelname.
  • Het Restaurant behoudt zich het recht voor om deelnemers zonder opgave van reden te weigeren.

4. Registratie en Lidmaatschap

  • Gasten kunnen zich registreren via de website of een ander door Cannibale Royale aangewezen registratieproces.
  • Na registratie moet de gast zijn e-mailadres bevestigen via een verzonden bevestigingslink zodat instemming en de correcte schrijfwijze van het e-mailadres bevestigd worden.
  • Deelnemers dienen correcte en actuele informatie te verstrekken en Cannibale Royale te informeren over wijzigingen in hun gegevens.
  • De verwerking van persoonsgegevens vindt plaats conform de AVG en het privacybeleid van Cannibale Royale.

5. Het Verdienen van Punten

  • Punten worden toegekend op basis van aankopen bij Cannibale Royale en andere interacties, zoals welkomstpunten. Het aantal te verdienen punten per euro besteding kan variëren afhankelijk van lopende promoties, de lidmaatschapsstatus en actuele spaarregels.
  • Punten worden bijgeschreven op het account zodra de transactie is verwerkt.
  • Bepaalde aankopen, zoals actie-artikelen en cadeaukaarten, kunnen uitgesloten zijn van het verdienen van punten.

6. Inwisselen van Punten

  • Zodra het aantal gespaarde punten een vooraf ingesteld niveau bereikt, worden deze automatisch omgezet in coupons.
  • Coupons kunnen worden gebruikt voor kortingen op toekomstige aankopen.
  • Elke coupon heeft een specifieke geldigheidsduur, die bij uitgifte wordt vermeld.
  • Coupons kunnen onderworpen zijn aan aanvullende voorwaarden, zoals een minimaal bestedingsbedrag.

7. Coupons

  • Coupons worden digitaal verstrekt en gekoppeld aan het account van de deelnemer.
  • Coupons kunnen niet worden gecombineerd met andere kortingen of promoties, tenzij anders vermeld.
  • Coupons hebben geen contante waarde en kunnen niet worden ingewisseld voor geld.

8. Programmaregels en Beperkingen

  • Punten en coupons zijn strikt persoonlijk en niet overdraagbaar.
  • Cannibale Royale behoudt zich het recht voor om het Programma te wijzigen, op te schorten of te beëindigen zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving.
  • Frauduleus gebruik of manipulatie van het programma leidt tot uitsluiting en verlies van alle opgebouwde punten en ontvangen coupons.

9. Privacybeleid

  • Cannibale Royale verwerkt persoonsgegevens in overeenstemming met de AVG en het geldende privacybeleid.
  • De via het programma verzamelde gegevens worden gebruikt om deelnemers beter van dienst te zijn en om gepersonaliseerde communicatie en aanbiedingen mogelijk te maken.
  • Anonieme gegevens kunnen worden gebruikt om trends en gebruikspatronen te analyseren en de dienstverlening te verbeteren.

10. Verwerkers van Gegevens

  • Persoonsgegevens kunnen worden verwerkt door derde partijen die namens Cannibale Royale diensten verlenen, zoals IT-dienstverleners en aanbieders van loyaliteitssoftware.
  • Deze partijen handelen uitsluitend in opdracht van Cannibale Royale en in overeenstemming met de Nederlandse AVG.
  • Cannibale Royale heeft verwerkersovereenkomsten afgesloten met alle derde partijen die toegang hebben tot persoonsgegevens.

11. Verplichtingen van Deelnemers

  • Deelnemers moeten de algemene voorwaarden van het Programma naleven.
  • Wijzigingen in contactgegevens of andere relevante informatie moeten tijdig via de persoonlijke Member Portal worden doorgegeven.

12. Beëindiging van Lidmaatschap

  • Deelnemers kunnen hun lidmaatschap op elk moment beëindigen via de Member Portal of door contact op te nemen met Cannibale Royale.
  • Het Restaurant behoudt zich het recht voor om accounts te beëindigen bij overtreding van de voorwaarden of bij vermoedens van fraude.

13. Wijzigingen of Beëindiging van het Programma

  • Cannibale Royale behoudt zich het recht voor om het Programma op elk moment te wijzigen, op te schorten of te beëindigen.
  • In geval van beëindiging behouden deelnemers hun nog geldige coupons tot het einde van hun geldigheid.
  • Nieuwe punten worden na de beëindigingsdatum niet meer toegekend. Alle niet-ingewisselde punten die nog niet in coupons zijn omgezet, vervallen zonder compensatie.

14. Aansprakelijkheid

  • Deelnemers zijn verantwoordelijk voor het beschermen van hun inloggegevens en het voorkomen van ongeautoriseerd gebruik.
  • Cannibale Royale is niet aansprakelijk voor technische storingen of ongeautoriseerd gebruik van accounts, punten en coupons.
  • De maximale aansprakelijkheid van Cannibale Royale is beperkt tot de waarde van ongebruikte punten in het account van de deelnemer.

15. Toepasselijk Recht en Geschillenbeslechting

  • Deze algemene voorwaarden worden beheerst door Nederlands recht.
  • Eventuele geschillen worden voorgelegd aan de bevoegde rechter in Amsterdam.

5. Earning Points

  • Points are awarded based on purchases at Cannibale Royale and other interactions, such as welcome bonuses. The number of points earned per euro spent may vary depending on promotions, membership status, and current earning rules.
  • Points are credited to the account once the transaction has been processed.
  • Certain purchases, such as promotional items and gift cards, may be excluded from point accumulation.

  • Once the number of accumulated points reaches a predetermined level, they are automatically converted into coupons.

  • Participants may terminate their membership at any time via the Member Portal or by contacting Cannibale Royale.
  • The Restaurant reserves the right to terminate accounts in the event of violations of these Terms or suspected fraud.

13. Changes or Termination of the Program

  • Cannibale Royale reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time.
  • In the event of termination, participants will retain their valid coupons until the end of their validity period.
  • New points will not be awarded after the termination date. All unredeemed points that have not yet been converted into coupons will expire without compensation.

  • Participants are responsible for protecting their login details and preventing unauthorized use.
  • Cannibale Royale is not liable for technical issues or unauthorized use of accounts, points, or coupons.
  • The maximum liability of Cannibale Royale is limited to the value of unused points in the participant’s account.

15. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law.
  • Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
